Hi friends!
I have a problem with 2 GE ups on angiographys. After two years beginning lamp flashes 'service check'.
In the service manual for angiography Innova 3100 is written, that need have to do service work, but what i must do is not written.
What should I do to remove this flashing?

This sounds similar to an ultrasound system when the backup battery is low on voltage. Check the backup batteries for the proper voltages and make sure the batteries aren't swollen and leaking, because they can crack.

is this the GE SG series UPS? the service light can be on if service is needed (whihc model do you have I) or if Q1 is open, indicating that the inverter is in service mode and not supplying the load.

You have to configure some of Parameters for said UPS, Set parameter 68 to 20000

Hi Lenny, Do you happen to have any documentation to help me troubleshoot GE SG Series 20kVA UPS. I have all the manuals included on GE Innova 2100/3100/4100IQ SM (under OEM section) but its limited. We have 4 systems which all appear to be error free (all have service light blinking ofcourse) but one of the units does not switch the load to battery (even though the inverter is on and load connected with fresh batteries instaled). UPS just shuts off when removing power. Have checked the wiring and all messages and events, see nothing out of the ordinary. Need documentation else I have to wait 2 weeks for UPS company. We are well versed with UPS systems (and can fully service other OEMS), but GE has extremely limited documentation Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. matt@tranzrad.com

Hi Dear. I have a problem with pm. I already replace the capacitors and fans, but wen te ups starting i hav a massage replacw it. Can you help me to tell wich values need to change. And how i can gererate the service key because the service password is don't matching.
