- Jul 20, 2019 The screen on my kindle Fire HD 8 (7th generation) cracked, so I got a new Kindle. I don't see how to manually backup and restore. I turned on the auto backup feature, it says it will be backed up once a week, but doesn't say when. When I searched Kindle Help, it says to hit 'Backup Now' but I don't have that feature.

ok folks, 1st and foremost this is a tablet. but what you DO with it makes it FLY! you can download about 3 little programs which allow it to go to & use google play apps. so options expanded there!. i ..
in all fairness when do you see tablets that make calls..not often im guessing lol also the internal storage is as good as most flagship devices and it DOES have a micro sd slot. their is not one bit of truth to your review
